11. Walk


Walking for 30 minutes long gives you a lot of benefits. But only focussing on walking would do that.

Walking can be of different types, like in a straight path, circular path, or 8-shaped path. And also with a little jog at a certain interval. Walking with high beats by looking around the area, it is possible to observe many things that are happening out there and make to listening to whatever is happening around you.

Make you feel -

  • More connected with mother nature and its universe.
  • Being in the present moment.
  • Being oneself.
  • Self-time for self-thoughts and self-talk.
  • Which provides truly acceptable and satisfying seeking things received by the mind while walking relaxing.
  • Getting a list of items that could be tried out if any solution has been sought.
  • Make your day awesome and provides you a deep sleep. 
It is also the best exercise for all age category people. If it is a brisk walk, that is the cardio for the day possibly.
