You have to consider your thoughts and analyze whether this present thought is needed or not towards your goal.
No matter what kind of goal is, the most important matter is how your thoughts towards your goal.
Your thoughts are useless sometimes and also powerful sometimes. So only focus on the thoughts that drive you toward your goal. Omit the thoughts that are related to your goals. Follow the thoughts that drive you towards the target and follow the thoughts on what not to do for your goals. Be careful in your thoughts about yourself. This is the most important factor that says about your self-love.
If you sow a thought in your mind, it gives back to you 100 times in your real life.
Mind is a powerful kind of arable land that gives you 100% of what you sow with the help of your thoughts. But people never audit what kind of thoughts they sow every moment.
If you get thoughts about the negative side of the path towards your goal, these kinds of thoughts are helpful sometimes for you to be cautious and will not allow you to fall into the wrong path. Thus, those can help you focus on the right path toward your goal.
Analyze the thoughts and understand what you can do with this, whether to be cautious to omit the thought or follow the thought.
Eg: Say, you grow a tomato plant and a weed in the same pot with all good nutritious fertilizers. Both plants will grow together but this weed is very powerful than the tomato plant never let the tomato plant yield good tomatoes as the weed consumes a lot of fertilizers for its nutrition.

- removing the weed for the good sake of the tomato plant as you need tomatoes as a result of your tomato plant.
