Listing your daily activities in a journal is the best thing to do if you are interested in managing your efforts and time. To make one’s effort the best item, one should do hard work by planning the time. This habit is the best part of managing one’s time more productively.

Making wealthy things for living the desired life is the motive behind everyone’s day-to-day work. Planning the time is a vital tool that the majority of people ignore. Yes! Planning the time and putting effort into it makes the hard work touch success.

It is always a great thing to keep a tracker of your spending time and money. It shows how productive you are. You could set goals related to your fitness, personality, career, wealth, relationship, and satisfaction.

For achieving them by being more productive, a productivity journal plays vital support. You should know how to use a productivity journal. You analyze and fix goal(s). Plan your goal(s), prioritize it, and just split your planning into each year, month, and week.



Beginning – Do’s

  • At the beginning of each year, you fix a target for the year and plan for it. Split your planning into each month.
  • At the beginning of each month, you split the planning into weeks.
  • At the beginning of each week, you split the planning into days.
  • At the beginning of each day, start by listing your tasks in a journal. It helps you keep how you should use your time in a day. Then striking/making a tick in the list as you complete each help you feel better when you go through the list at the end.

Ending – Do’s

  • At the end of each day, complete it by scanning the list helps you analyze how you spent your time on that day. You could review your list and make corrections in your time and efforts for the next day if you had any flaws or pending tasks. If you do so, you can find the distractions where you wasted your time. So, you could manage to avoid distractions the next day.
  • At the end of each month, you note down all the positive and negative things of the particular month. It helps you assess your journey and how far it is from your target. Apart from all, it guides you to avoid/handle the negatives.
  • At the end of each year, you could see colorful results. You will realize how the year was built extra-ordinarily by each day’s effort. You could find the targets you completed in the year and fix the targets for the following year.

Likewise, you plan for a week/month/year to reach multiple goals. You will enjoy your accomplishments at the end of each period just for a single day's achievement.

As you practice daily, it becomes a habit. It creates or regulates your path toward achieving your goal(s) at the right time by concentrating on the correct efforts.
