3. The Three Things

When you have a goal, it may be weight loss, fitness, clearing out an exam, being a topper in an exam, getting into a dream course, dream job offer, business target, gardening, completing todos, reading a complete book, side income stream, self-development, grooming, communication, interviews, meetings, cooking, writings or a specific skill development.

And no matter if it takes 0.5/1/5/10/15/more than 15 years/too long to reach it.

But never miss the following 3 things:

- Say an easy "NO" to all the other pieces of stuff which are not relevant to your target because you know they keep you far away from achieving the target.

- Always say a big "YES" to what you need to do in the present moment to reach your target.

- Your consistent, focused, and self-disciplined efforts are the most straightforward keys to reaching your goal.

This 'The Three Things' just makes you create a definite, clear, and direct path to achieving your goal.
